We represent the Buyer - We use our exclusive marketing system to get you Buyers and help you throughout the transaction (click here for details of what we do).  If the Buyer uses us to write the offer, all you pay is our low set fee to sell your home!

Another broker represents the Buyer - We are members of the Multiple Listing Service and at your option we can place your home on the MLS.  All you pay is our low set fee and a commission to the Buyer's broker. 

There are no up-front costs.  There are also no add-on costs (many discount brokers and some full commission brokers charge a "trasaction coordination fee" or "escrow coordination fee" in addition to their commission.)  You pay only if your property sells, and at close of escrow.

Another big advantage of Help-U-Sell is that even when your home is listed on the MLS, if we represent the Buyer you only pay our low set fee.  With traditional brokers you pay the full agreed commission regardless of who represents the Buyer.  Many of our homes sell with us representing both the Seller and the Buyer, saving our Sellers up to 75% OR MORE compared to a 6% commission.  Note: Real Estate Commission rates are not set by law.
